Final update

Update Thanksgiving campout November 11th to November 15th.
On Friday evening we will meet in the room next to the Bistro. We have the room from 5:30 to 8:30.
Friday evening has come to be known as Pizza night. If you would like to have Pizza, let us know your choice Thursday evening or Friday morning. We must give them the group order so they can prepare the complete order. Menus available. Pizzas will be delivered and paid for Friday night.
If you want something from the Bistro menu you can order it from their menu. Lemonade and Sweet Tea are complimentary. There is a full bar in the Bistro if you like.
On Saturday night, we will have our catered dinner. Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, so please gather by 5:45 PM.
We will have a server who will take any drink orders. These will be added to your dinner bill. The cost of the dinner is $18.95 plus tax total $21.61 each. This will be collected individually at the end. Tip is separate.
Beverages are iced tea, Lemonade, or water.
You may not bring any beverages from the outside either night.
Sunday morning at 10:00 AM there will be a bible study in the conference room.

So we feel that all will be as before.
Lets get this Pandemic behind us between now and November
Please call Ken Warner at 919-815-4745.
It is very important.
