Just came across this forum
Just came across this forum and wanted to see if anyone in this group could enlighten me on it's workings? is this an "organized" group or more of a "pick-up" group?
The DW and I live on the southside of Greensboro in Guilford County. We purchased our first used MH (2001 Airstream Land Yacht) last January and have been working on it mostly since then. Our first real trip was out to Kitty Hawk the first week of October to enjoy the beach and the Bluegrass Festival in Manteo.
Thanks.

Welcome aboard.....I think
I’m not sure I understand your confusion with this and other forums based on the same principles. “organized” vs “pick up”
Anything to do with RV-ing is what brings us here. You got questions about how things on your RV work or don’t work, how to modify or change components, where or who to contact to obtain parts or information, what routes to get to destinations, and on and on and on......
Does that help?

I'm a little unsure of your question as well. If you are asking about the Carolina Campers, we are a group of RVers who like to get together when we can. The Thanksgiving outing and our Spring outing are the most popular. We all travel and have different plans in the summer so those get togethers are not as well attended and sometimes it's whoever can get free at that time. We would love to have you join us.

thanks bsirby. Yes I was asking about the Carolina Campers group. Is there someone who is a contact person to keep up on when there are outings?

This Forum, Carolina Campers, is where anyone can post information about Outings, Get Togethers, Events, items of interest, questions, and such for the Carolinas…
There isn’t a specific contact person, we all try to help each other out, sharing information and such.
So you’ll want to check back here often.

Welcome carolinablue. Hope you can soon make one of our outings. We are pretty informal but we have fun. We all share our common interest in RVing.
