October Fall Gathering and Ziplining Adventure
Sites have been reserved at Fayetteville RV Resort in Wade, NC for Thursday, October 26-Monday, October 30. Rates will depend on how many rigs attend. Phone 910-484-5500 before September 26th to reserve your site.
On Thursday night the campground puts on an appreciation dinner, so we won't have to cook. YAY! Friday night they have poker night for anyone interested.
Either Friday or Saturday, anyone interested in ziplining? So far it's Frank and I and Bob and Denise. Let me know if you want to participate and we can decide when to go. The website is Zipquest - Outdoor treetop adventure | Zipline | Things to Do | Fayetteville | Raleigh.

Rita and I will probably go. I was looking on their website and saw that there is a weight limit on the zip-line which lets me out as I am more than 50lbs over the limit. Rita is not sure if she will do it she doesn't even ride rides at a fair. I still think we can have a good time just going camping. Hope to be there.

I do hope you will come. The zip line is only a half day activity for those interested. The rest of the weekend will be the usual. If anyone has something of interest to do, please share. We're always open for suggestions.

Instead of the typical pot luck dinner Saturday evening, let's do a chili cook off. If you would rather bring corn bread or your favorite side, that will be good as well. I hope we can get at least 4 or 5 pots of chili to sample. Let us know on here what you will be bringing please.

we are reserved on site 26 for 4 nights. Looking forward to another great week end. Carol said she will be zip lining. Me...... I'm afraid I'd lose too many feathers trying to get myself up there,
