To the best of my knowledge there is an order for stay at home through April 30 and I guess it will be extended.
SC order is no short term rentals and includes campgrounds, also stay at home
Cabin Fever is running very high at this time

The NC stay at home order is set the expire April 29th. If it's lifted I still plan on attending. I'm sure we will hear if the stay at home will be extended, and if it is I guess the spring campout will have to be rescheduled.
