I have power to my controllers, but no power to my momentary switch, and ideas?

Not sure I understand your post when you say controllers. On mine each controller has a switch.
I did have a switch fail once.

Slide Out Problem

I am calling the units in the electric bay "controllers". There is one unit for each of my 3 slide outs.

So you do not have power to any of the momentary switches?

How much power under load?
Most early coaches did not have a "master" switch for the forward and rear slides, just the switch that operated each of the slides. Some had a momentary hold down switch that must be held down to provide power to the slide switch to "trip" the controller.
In this case I would look at testing voltage and possible bad battery(s) as the controllers are voltage sensitive because they operate via a torque limiter to stop the operation of the slide.
Is the coach plugged in or gen or engine running when trying the slides to supply ample power?
For a simple test of the switch(s) I recommend bypassing and this dewalt battery adaptor or similar...as it allows one with the provided adaptor plug to use your dewalt 20v battery to test any 12v motor/light/etc. with 12v output, amazing what it can run/test.

No power to all 3 slide momentary switches

Could the slide kill switch be the issue? Where is this switch located? A feed from the ignition switch?

The kill relay could very well be your problem. It's probably in the small compartment on the left at the front.

Wish I could be of more help Rob but this one is above my pay grade. Hopefully one of the smart guys will chime in here soon.

my issue with the slider controller module not working was corrosion on the PCB push-on connection. clean them and it worked. btw it didn't look all that bad...but it was.

The issue is finding the SO Kill Relay. I disconnected the "ignition" line (jumped to all 3 slide controllers) and the slides work. Anybody got a clue?

I have a wiring diagram for my 2004 38DS03. Spartan tells me it's a 2003 chassis. The system won't let me upload it, it is too large. If you have a Spartan chassis call Spartan they will email you a chassis wiring diagram based on your VIN.

Chassis wiring diagram won't help with slide-out wiring that TS added.
