2005 Travel Supreme

I have a 2005 Travel Supreme
Select 45D SO4
It jas 33000 miles and a Heater Defrost Fan Motor for Passenger side did not work when I bought it from Poulsbo RV Everett, WA.
To remove the Fan assembly Housing to Change Fans the Genset has to be removed than Aircondition lines after sucking freon out and water heater hoses disconected. Big job. Blower motors were made in Turkey and Waldock In Minnesota, USA. sells them for $167.95.

Are you certain that the motor is bad? I have a 2005 45Ds14 and it has separate controls for the passenger side blower along with a dash switch to disable/override the passenger controls.

I agree that you should verify that the blower is bad by suppling a power and ground to the old motor before you have to remove it. My 2005 has a red unlabeled switch on the dash that when pushed puts the passenger side blower and temp control to the switches beside the passenger seat.

you need a tool like a power probe to be able to supply a separate power and ground to the current blower motor and see if it is really bad. be sure to unplug it before supplying the power and ground.

you might call Paul's RV to verify how to remove the blower motor!
