We turned on the ignition the door will not slide out to check the generator. Also the pull handle will not open the generator door.
Can anyone assist? We want to make sure the fuse on the generator did not go out.
Is there another switch inside that may be tripped?
Any ideas?

Your generator slide is operated by an air piston.
Start your coach, get up to full air pressure on both guages. Then press the generator slide switch. (Forward edge of the switch down is open.)
Leave the engine running while you do this. The slide should open in a second or two.
Two warnings: You need to be on reasonably level ground and I would strongly advise you to keep the ignition on and the engine running when you have the slide open. I have had my generator slide reverse direction after a short time!
Once you check what you need to check you can experiment (with no one in the way!) to see if your generator slide is trustworthy.

yes there is a breaker on the generator. The gen slide is air operated and must have engine running to air up the system.

I forgot to mention that on my 05 T-S the handle on the generator slide releases the front Fiberglass nose from the generator slide assembly.
