Add air conditioner

Has anyone tried to add an additional air conditioner to an ME2? Tired of roasting in the summer driving down the highway. Both rooftops work fine. Tint on windshield a joke. Dash air the pits even when charged and working. Just miserable traveling in the South in the dead of summer. Two 15,000 btu units doesn’t cut it. Anyway to add one more? Who has done it? Thanks!
