Air suspension not raising unit.

2004 TS 40'. First time using in 9 months. Getting ready to head across the country and the airbags aren't lifting the coach to get the tires off the frame. Of course it's 6 on Saturday night. Any suggestions?

This is often discussed - jump back in the Coach build up the Air - then Hit the power button and then the all retract button quickly (Back and forth a few times) - often this is a case where the solenoid does not close - Watch as the air build and the coach lifts - Often this will require a few tries - don't give up and be Patient - as this happens to almost all of Us on occasion.

It also could be the position switches at the top of the leveling pad cylinders. Check them and be sure they are secured. Also keep trying retract with full air pressure. Sometimes they just get stuck when not moved for awhile. Lots of luck !!

I just had the same problem, but the passenger side of system failed going down the road. I was able to limp my coach back home and then to a repair shop near by. After a couple days in the truck shop I had to drive it 45 miles to a Vanhool
bus repair location.

My coach is a 2005 45’. I have the air and hydro leveling system by Equalizer, so I’m not sure if your system is the same. What the shop was able to figure out is that both the air leveling and air ride systems are connected. One main solenoid was inoperative. Unfortunately, Equalizer considered the air leveling system obsolete in 2008 and no longer provides support or parts for the main components. I called Equalizer this spring to try to get parts and found out there was not a way to get the system working. The shop recognized this and I decided to allow them to bypass the air leveling system.

I know have a functioning air ride system. But no longer have any air going to the Equalizer system.

Just a guess - either happily heading down the road -:dance— or online searching for a new coach. -

Sure helps when the poster acknowledges the post.
