Ceiling "Mouse-Fur" material

OK, does anyone know who made/supplied this "mouse-fur" material in 2005, as I would like to contact them for cleaning instructions.
Need to know how to clean water a stain without any damage or making it worse. Have read many various attempts mostly using "bleaches", but this would not be possible for ours is colored a beige/tan.
OR, better yet has anyone had a successful method they have used?

I have the same challenges with various stains, water and even dark air stains around the AC vents. I have tried many possible solutions, with various degrees of success. I would like to tag along and see what others have to say.

I would try using a spray foam upholstery cleaner. It doesn't soak the area but gives enough moisture to help clean the stain without making a bigger wet stain area. I use this when detailing cars that have a water mark type stain from others trying to shampoo them. Randy

ceiling cleaning

I have the same type material in a off white color. I used oxyclean
powder. Just mix some in water and spray or wipe on. Rub a little, and your done. It sure worked for me. I was so impressed, I did the whole ceiling.
Took about four hours. 2001 DS1
Try it, you'll be happy.
