Chrome puck lights - replacements

Pretty simple question - has anyone found a reliable replacement for these covers?

These are my principal light source in the Coach - LITECO model numbr1651H APR 2000 - the company is GONE.

I was able to pick up 5 metal SS rings that will work at COLAWS used parts, but I need more - Any Help out there in TS Land?

Did a search but.........nothing comes up. pretty sure I remember reading about these on the owners forum a few years back.

HELP. -

TIA

Frustrating issue for me too >>> Cannot seem to find the way to put the rings back on when they fall out .... Would love to replace ... but would be happy just getting the rings back on and them staying there. Open to suggestions

Things I've found I need to work on the lights

Glasses to see the little Tabs that need to be aligned.

Light - usually one on the bill of my ball cap to help see the Little holes the tabs need to go into.

One of those rubber pads you use to grip jars to open the first time.

Patience, and then I line them up and insert into the tab and push up against the foam ceiling padding - twist to lock into place.

I took pictures of the little tabs and the slots from my extra puck lights - they may help you see and understand how they work.

Sometimes a small step stool helps too.

These lights are a PITA.

Best of Luck,

I have a light under the medicine chest in the bathroom. You never see it so I took the chrome ring from it and put it on my bedroom light that was missing one.

Something to consider till you find a replacement.

I replaced all of my lights with LED. The fixtures I ordered on line fits the existing opening and the screw holes line up. Pretty simple, two wires to cut and tie to the new ones. twice as much light with less than a fourth of the power used. Looks nice.

Thanks for the info,

Halogen Puck Light Replacements

I just replaced all 11 of those dangerously hot halogen puck lights in my '03 TS. I bought these: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....AC_SL1001_.jpg

Here is the link to the Amazon order page:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They aren't cheap ($30 for a 4-pack), but they are easy* to install, they look great and pump out plenty of light. I ordered the silver finish in cool white (6400K). They also come in a warmer color (3200K) and also in a white finish. They are 3 watts vs (I believe) the 10 watts that the halogens eat up. Plus - THEY ARE COOL! (To the touch and to the eyes ).

* Easy to install except below cabinets where you must cut out a larger (2-1/4") opening than the 1-1/4" hole from the factory. In my coach I had to cut out four larger holes. That hole cutting is easy (though messy from the sawdust) with the right hole saw setup. Here's a 4 minute You Tube video that will show you how.

Happy LED lighting Upgrade!

Hi Dick,
I saw this post from 2020 and was hoping you might have some of the lights you replaced. I need a couple of the glass lens for those lights.

Long time ago but I thought I would reach out to you.

Thanks
