Duo Therm 5 button comfort control center

neutral wire came out of male plug so when I plugged it in I fried my electronics also missed up my controls for ac and heat pump my zone one comes on heat but will not come on for cool also when I try to scroll through zones I get to zone one and mode changes instead I replaced the 5 button control but new one does the same

5 button duo therm comfort control center

had to do reset on the new control it displayed EE then I thought I lucked out but new one did same as old one think I fried first control in zone one hopefully it stopped there mobile rv service supposed to check it out I figured It would be better off then throwing parts at it will up date page as soon as they find damage

repair man showed up and keep messing with control till he had system reprogramed no new parts needed
