Kitchen Slide out bearing

I have a 2004 45 DSO4
the drive side kitchen aft support the bearing is bad to missing. The support for the bearing uses a welded washer to hold the bearing in place. Does any one know the part number of the bearing?
Thanks

I have not had success finding the exact roller/bearing TS used on my coach, but I have been able to make my own roller/bearing assembly. I purchased tubing of the correct OD as the OEM roller and bearing OD and the proper bearing ID and assembled them using Loctite bearing Retaining Compound. This will give you a roller of approx. 3 times the thickness of the OEM crimped end roller/bearing assy. Currently in FL and materials at home, so can't give exact purchase info. PM me in May if you need the info. or do your own research. Tubing came from https://www.onlinemetals.com/

and do not remember the bearing supplier. Hope this helps someone.

That does help.
Because I live in mine full time it make it a little harder to be able to Dimension of the bearing. The ID of the bearing is a starting point. that is why you used a tub as a spacer to hold the OD of the bearing

Since you will have to dismantle the slide to fix it you might consider taking the bearing assembly off all together and taking it apart. The one bearing is still in tact and you should be able to see a bearing number on it and hopefully the manufacturer. If you can get this information getting replacement bearings should be pretty simple. Any automotive store should be able to cross. Make sure to get a sealed bearing which should already be lubricated. This in all respects is a pretty light duty system, a bearing should last a long time. unless it was damaged or installed wrong.

I agree the bearing is very light duty it had to be damaged during assy or the bearing was not good at install and they let it go. When I do get the bearing number I will replace every bearing on the drive side. While I am there might as well do it. do not want to have to do this two times.

Looking at your pics you might query the Newmar forum as I believe their same vintage models used the same slide mechanism.
