Plugging into shore power trips shore power breaker

When I plug in to 50 amp shore power the 50 amp breaker trips after about 1 minute. Do I need to replace transfer unit?

Where are you at when this happens.....at home, at a campground? If at a campground, can you try another 50 Recept. at a different location?

So the breaker that is tripping is the campground shore power breaker, right? If so, does you coach show the amps being used?

It sounds to me like its the shore power 50 amp breaker is weak and tripping.

Pedistal problem. Try another pedistal.

Try running the generator.
See if that trips it's breaker.

A 50 amp breaker tripping after 1 minute should be making something hot. Feel for hot wires.
