Side wall slide hole

Need some help: 40' 4 slides, MM frame, On our last trip we hit a pothole and it blew out a tire on the right side. The rear of motor home is sagging about 1-1/4", starts at the rear wheels. Both slides on the back are hitting on the rear of the hole, then there is about 1-1/2 at the front side of hole. The hole for the slide is larger at the top by 1-1/4", both sides. There is no broken places at the top or on the wall. I do need some help, have you heard of any one else with this going on. Also the covers for the lights at the back keep falling off, never did if before.

The place to start is not with the slide, but with the RIDE HEIGHT.

Verify ride height at front and rear axles FIRST.
