Temperature/Direction Device on Center Panel

Does anyone have the manufacture information on the Temperature/Direction Device that came standard with our Travel Supreme it is mounted on the center dash area along with our rear camera monitor. Mine has been flashing on the Direction , it seems to be registering the outside temperature like it always did. I have no idea how to reset this thing and make it happy and quit flashing?

I have tried using the reset procedure for this several times with no luck what so ever..It just sits there and blinks and tells me that I am still heading East..Well anyway at least the temperature part still works good. It is mostly a distraction having that thing blinking all the time, but I hate to disable the outside Temperature part as that has always worked very well...Their web site shows a replacement but boy they are sure proud of it ..As yet I have not found a suitable replacement for it,, has anyone else found one ?
