Another post mentioned that there is now 2 circuit breakers ,covered with a red cap below the chassis batteries. One is for the engine cover lift, second sends chassis battery level to Vega Touch, so it stated if I recall correctly. Perhaps it needs to be reset!

Somewhere in the line from the chassis batteries to the Vegatouch you have a bad intermittent connection. I would start at the batteries and work forward.

This sounds like the problem..just need to identify the wire/s and trace it back..meter read 13volts on the batterries(with the coach unplugged)
Both switches were on

This may be of help. When my issue of the transfer switch not communicating with Vega Touch occurred earlier this month, I traced the cable from the switch to the covered terminal area next to the batteries compartment. The carpet cover pulls off , Velcro used to secure it. The communication cable was orange.

Same problem with my 2018 Anthem. I could reset the error message by tripping the main breakers at the battery off then on, then rebooting Vegatouch. In 2018 two small breakers (moved from their old hidden positions) are mounted below the chassis batteries, with a red cap on both. One controls the power lift engine door, the other is for battery voltage to the vegatouch. Reset with the very small button on top. Haven't had chassis battery zero voltage problems since..

My engine lift door wasn't working and I was having the 0 voltage chassis battery problem. After several attempts, CS reported that the breaker for the lift was moved to its current position. I successfully reset it and got the lift door working again.
I found the other breaker had also tripped, but they couldn't initially tell me what it was for. Eventually found out the breaker was "Only used for voltage sense for AGS/Firefly" which turned out to fix my Vegatouch battery issue. Also might relate to other's AGS issues
