I did not get a manual and haven't been able to find one on line. Preparing for our first trip in our new Anthem tomorrow so I would like to use the RM.

Did yours come with a written manual or does anyone know of an online manual for the model in Entegras?

I entered the destination but I can't make it show the route, maybe the MH needs to be running? If someone can provide me a quick outline of how to use the RM I would be much appreciative.

Don't know how it works for you guy's that have the RM built in, but for us with portable models, you get to the instructions thru the docking station.

I've had mine for 3 or 4 yrs now. It's an absolute POS as far as I'm concerned!
Couldn't get me home, when I was driving down the road I live on

It's fairly straight forward, but if it's not doing anything, u can download the latest software online and then install to the SD card. I did that as mine had glitches.

Mike, if you're talking about showing turn by turn, at least on mine there is something that kinda looks like three little bars about half way up on right hand side of screen, push that and it'll show the turns.
If it's the route itself once you enter the destination there should be a square come up that says begin new route. Noel

Mike, on the Classic models there was a Tutorial when first turning on the GPS, that was our instruction book. I don't know about the newer models. There might be something in settings or menu.

Of course you could "not use" the in dash RM GPS and use a glass mounted Garmin instead. I am not a very good spokesperson for RM. I don't like anything about the way it works. I have a portable and the built in and use my Garmin instead. JMO

I am happy with how our RM works. Occasionally it takes us on a strange route, you really need to reference a map before and during your trip to make sure it's not taking you on a treasure hunt.

I found it is better to use the RV park library than to enter the park's address. I print directions from the park's website for destination details. RM seems to avoid U-turns which is often the best route. It also doesn't know about rough RR crossings, etc.
