2011 Entegra Aspire purchase

Hi all, Im not new to the forum but new to posting. Im looking at a 2011 Aspire 42RBQ. Does anyone have any "look out for this" things that can help me before my purchase?
It has 50k miles, no oil or fluid leaks, its in great shape
I see its a Freightliner chassis XCR and I seen most I found are Spartan chassis in the newer years, anything to be of concern with this? I dont know when they changed or why.

It has the 375 LP Aquahot and have read up some on those

Everything inside is in pretty good shape other than the fridge looks like it tried to slide out and knocked loose the molding surrounding it, I plan to look further into this.

The AC units are missing the Intake vents if they arent taped in place. Is this a common issue? Are there replacements out there?

The exterior is in excellent shape besides a 5" crack in the rear cap, looks like they bumped something. Its low and on the corner so leaks wouldnt be an issue here.

No rust on on the under side or around storage anywhere, This seems to be a plus from what Ive seen on most coaches.

The tires are all Michelin but the dates vary between 2011 and 2018 so I know this will have to be addressed, All 8 tires say "steer" on them and appear to be directional, Is this an issue?

Anything else specific to these coaches to look for?

Thanks for the help!

I have a 2012 Aspire RBQ but it is on a Spartan chassis. You will want to go through the entire coach and make sure EVERYTHING works as it should. If you are not familiar with the coach systems I’d suggest hiring a good experienced tech to inspect it. Repairs can be costly. Make sure all AC units heat and cool. They are about $1,500 each plus installation. Check to see if dash air blows cold...often they don’t. The AquaHot 375 can be tricky when it misbehaves. Make sure it fires up on LP..not just electric side. Make sure the slides open and close smoothly. How old are the coach and chassis batteries? Any service records to tell you when service was last performed on engine, trans and generator? Did you get on the roof and check condition of sealant? Any soft spots? Condition of slide Topper awnings? Fire up the generator and bring everything on line to include AC, fridge, electric heat and make sure everything behaves. Shut it all down and then switch to shore power and make sure it engages shore power transfer switch....the list goes on and on!

We had a 2011 Anthem. Our first Entegra! Loved it so much, it wasn’t our last! That was back in the day when they were making 2 coaches a week! The good news is it had very good fit and finish because of that. The potential bad news is getting info on the specifics of the coach because they were built with zero prints. They relied on the people that built the original Travel Supreme to continue to build it. Travel Supreme never had prints or at least never shared them with Entegra.

Thanks for the information everyone! We’re going back today to look further into everything and it’s functions.

Is this the one on RVTrader in SC? That damage on the rear corner could easily run $1.5-$2k to have it repaired and color matched properly....negotiating tool.
