Mgoss, after you see the Entegras, you'll see how mich more you get for the dollar. We had a Providence and after looking at the AC line, we saw the same fixtures as our Prov.! talk about no braimers....no, FW still builds too much of a volume coach for us....Entegra will stand out if you look at them closely.

The vacuum bonded walls are laminated and subject to delamination. Others are hung wall and can't ever delaminate.

Talked to Entegra today, one interesting tidbit, if you order the tile in the bedroom, they run another loop of tubing to heat the floor. Said they can't do that in the rear bath which is why they put the carpet mat there, but the bedroom is heated. Hadn't seen this in all my research.

Matt,
This is I suspect a new feature and I may have had something to do with it. When we bought our Anthem this past June we had ordered tile in bedroom rather than carpet. When we got close to home (Newfoundland in Eastern Canada) we started using the in floor heating and discovered the floor in the bedroom was not warming up. We called the factory and were told that they didn't run in floor heating into bedroom and the coach had not been engineered to accomodate this. I had a lengthy discussion with Joyce Skinner and expressed my extreme disappointment with this since I had understood the coach had in floor heating throughout and I had deleted carpet in bedroom, live in a colder area, etc. Within a week she told me that if I felt I didn't get what I ordered they would do something to correct it but didn't yet know what it would be as she had to have the engineering folks review the situation. About a month or more later she informed me that if I could bring the coach to Elkhart this coming season they would install the infloor heating for me. I am not totally familiar with dealing with other manufacturers but as far as I am concerned Entegra Coach's committment to customer service is absolutely the best. Anyway I am glad to hear now that this festure is available.

I had an issue with my Anthem. I can say that the service I experienced from Entegra was similar (although a different issue) to what Bill experienced. Entegra/Spartan/Cummins collectively owned the problem and were amazing in their efforts to resolve it. I know it sounds like a commercial, and without going into graphic details, but I'm 100% certain no other company would do what Entegra did. This is one customer that's 110% satisfied.

we are looking at possible 2013 Aspire DEQ.
Why is a Spartin better than a Freightliner?

IMO this is a question best answered by Cruzer!

Entegra used to use Freightliner chassis on the Aspire before they went to the Spartan. When they used the FL they had to add additional "Z" bracing to the rear of the frame to help add additional support. Now, with the Spartan, they don't need to do that.
FL isn't a bad chassis. Many RVers are happy with them but Spartan does go farther in their design. The tend to sweat the details and strive for aquality wheras FL is more concerned with profitability and takes cost cutting measures that Spartan would not consider. That's one of the reasons that Entegra went with Spartan - it just better fits with their own philosophy.

Thanks for all the great info. Showed my better half the web site last night and she really like the interior. Question- do they put ladders on the back? Every unit that I see online does not have one.
Thanks

Talked to them earlier this week with a list of questions, including the ladder. They said its reinforced and your dealer can install one very easily.

Thanks for the ladder info and the update about the heated bedroom but not bathroom option. Can't wait to drive the Anthem. The deeper I dive into Entegra the better it gets.

The Entegras look like excellent rigs... but one thing I just don't get is the kitchens on the patio/curb side and the seating/window wall being on your neighbor's patio side. Does this bother anyone else? As much as I might wish to get an Entegra at some point, kitchens on the patio side just stops me in my tracks. I feel the same way about the Tiffens, and don't understand the attraction to having most of one's window/view area being on the road/neighbor's patio side of the coach.

We agree that had us looking at the endeavor but with all the other features and finish of the entegra line we find ourselves coming back to the aspire each time
