I've been there 3 times with 2 coaches and still haven't had a PDI nor have I been there when I knew someone there was having a PDI.

I hope you can get past the initial disappointment because it is a great lifestyle...and it will be a great coach for you, as I'm sure Entegra will make it right.

We full time in a 2013...we had a leak early on and it was an easy fix...I would imagine that Entegra wants to make sure that through inattention, that mold didn't develop...probably why Joyce won't commit to how long. But when Joyce is on it...pls trust me, they'll make it right short and long term.
