I was told that my 2013 Anthem DEQ single bath was a macerator by Entegra CS.

My comments two posts back had to do with the sensors. If you have a floor flush (I don't know about the electric non-maceator) you could put ice cubes in as an abrasive against the walls. Non-the-less, the comments concerning clearing the sensors still stands....JMHO and suggestion from Entegra.

Interesting, mine's not electric must have been another later change. What's the advantage to electric?

My 2014 Aspire DLQ is an electric with switch on the wall and I was told it is a macerator. Wonder why they would be different? I worry a little about water usage but I like the wall switch way better than the on the toilet we had in the Beaver.

I don't know why it was electric but my Beaver toilet sat right over the black tank (you could see right in when you pushed the flush button) and it was electric. I think the foot activated made more since but we did not mind using the buttons on the side of the toilet.
