My rear toilet just stop working. The lights on the buttons are out. When I first pushed the button the water flushed but the pump did not run. No fill of water. Thanks in advance for your help.

There should be a fuse in the bathroom cabinet. At least that is where mine is in the RBQ....It would be the same cabinet where the thermostats are.

There is also a switch in the rear bathroom near the toilet paper holder that controls the electric toilet.

Problem solved. After checking fuses and scratching my head I found a reset button on the back of the flush button panel. Not sure why it went out but all is back to normal. Thanks for your help. The fuse is a self resetting fuse behind a square cover in the front bath fuse panel. Four screws to remove to access.

I was in error, it was just a coincidence that this worked. There must be something loose in the push button panel. There is no reset and my problem continues. However when I press on the area that I thought was a reset everything works. Go figure.

Sounds like it, cold solder joint or something like that, maybe a broken trace from the flexing of the board when pushing the buttons? I'm sure the easiest solution is to just have Entegra send you a new switch panel, but if you have any experience with a low wattage (~25w) soldering iron you could try reflowing some of the solder in the area of the intermittent contact. Remove the assembly from power before attempting that.

I think that the way it is mounted may be part of the issue. There is no support behind the buttons, so when you push one the circuit board flexes. I think this may have caused a problem. They are sending me a new control board and a push button panel. I'll update when I am Done with the replacement.

Entegra sending a new push button switch. I'll let you know if it works. Since I have it just hanging there it has not failed. Kind of supports the theory that there is a broken trace or solder joint. Since the panel flexes when mounted and a button pushed.
