Both inverter switches need to be on. There are two, the 50Amp circuit also needs to be on. You may want to try resetting all the breakers as they may have tripped and it is not obvious.

DH John wrote the above. I charge my Galaxy note and phone by that outlet going down the road. They are powered.

We also thought there was an issue, but one of the inverters was off.

My Aspire (2014) has only one inverter. I know when we are at the race track watching the big screen I had to change the Direct TV receiver plug from the one on the back wall of the cabinet above the TV to the one on the outside wall on the same cabinet.
