2014 CS Induction Cooktop?

Has anyone found an Induction cooktop that fits in the stock cutout in the counter?

So, I took measurements the other day on the outdated cooktop that heats the motorhome when using and for 30 minutes after using. It seems to be an odd-ball size.

I scrubbed the innerweb and found only one that may work. The one I found was designed to be horizontal on the counter. This will place the controls on the side of the cooktop vice on the bottom where they are now. (i can live with that if it fits)

Anyone find a good replacement Induction Cooktop?

Has anyone cut their countertop? what is that material the counters are made of?

Would you care to share the measurements?

You might get a better response if you expand your audience beyond just the 2014 Cornerstone crowd.

Take care,
Stu

We have a 2013 Anthem and could not find a replacement anywhere so when we were in Indiana a couple years back we had a new countertop built and installed. We now have a cooktop that is an easy replacement plus the sink we wanted.

Dave, Hogdriver one of members had to modify his countertop for an induction cook top to fit the cut out. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/ant...ml#post2409493

Take care,

I was having some issues getting a good measurement from the underside. I was hoping someone had made the commitment and pulled it out.

That is awesome! I know the sink replacement would make that worth it!

Awesome, thanks. Without removing current cook top, I am just guessing that I will have to cut the countertop. Still not sure of countertop material and how to cut, but how hard can it be?
