Slide remote requires you to HOLD the in/out button, just like interior panel RET/EXT buttons. Slides never travel on their own for safety You must HOLD buttons on either remote control or interior panel systems for slide travel to travel in or out

SAGA 7 Good AC ZONE #1 thread info Started by Ahall ............
I had been facing the same issues on A/C ZONE #1 sensor indication:
Good thread, thanks ALL : http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/air-...er-206198.html
Today at 92F in Houston I did my own test and confirms again the thread sharing above
Once I dangled the A/C ZONE one sensor and let it hang, the temp indications all came together. ZONE #1 had always been high 7-8 degrees , and ZONE #1 would run forever
Not sure what method I will use yet to permanently offset the ZONE #1 temp sensor but it must be done as others have shared in order to balance temps in MH ( it has to pass DW concept test first , I love her , as you can see she does not like it chilly 79-80F ).
These PICs show results of DANGLE , ACURITE temp sensor is setting PS side to the right of the 50" TV in my 2015 42DEQ Anthem. ALL within one degree .
That PS cabinet box that ZONE #1 sensor is installed high on, traps heat rising from PS window and entry door glass, plus the heat from equipment controls behind PS upper cabinet door (Inverters, etc.)
I wish ALL three ZONE sensors had been mounted at same elevation also. Can see why maybe ZONE #2 is low at floor due to floor heating, but I have not experienced that floor tube heating yet ? Maybe not ?
Power of iRV2 Entegra owners , thanks again ALL !!!

Evidently the 2015s changed to a new type of thermostat control.

You're right, I like the larger buttons instead of the little flip lever at the bottom for heat, cool and off.

SAGA 8 entry .............................
DW and I are starting to do some 2015 Anthem changes that we like . Everybody is different but iRV2 folks have made us think and helped .
First was the bathroom and shower area wall that had two towel hooks and picture frame mirror . Towels do not stay well on hooks, more time on floor . We decided to replace 2 towel hooks with matching brushed nickel double rod towel rack. We also removed the framed mirror:
- First the good news; Entegra intentionally or unknowingly installed their towel hooks 24 inches apart in our 2015 Anthem. That meant it was very easy to remove and replace them with LOWES 24 inch brushed nickel double rod towel rack
- Now the bad news; the framed mirror had top center screwed in bracket for hanging the framed mirror. Then lower right and left on framed mirror they had Velcro strips stuck on the wall and these were also stapled about eight times each with tiny 1/8 inch staples. Hence after removing there are holes and staple divots in the wall in three areas
- Our approach was to puddy the holes and decorate the wall with wall decals from Hobby Lobby to hide the divots (40% off coupon ).
- We are happy now and DW gets to shop for new towels to match now . Picture below, really nice to be able to hang two full size towels now and not have them fall to the floor . Even room to hang wash cloths to side of towels .
Second was a wall clock, retired YES, but still need to tell time :
- First it was where to hang the clock; Holly Cow !!! DW and I agreed first crack after I realized the clock I bought would not fit the ZONE #1 A\C sensor area I was thinking about .
- So the clock came from good old Wal-Mart and the burlap board came from Hobby Lobby (40% off coupon). Great match and after trim on burlap board it fits perfect across from L-sofa between 42DEQ Dinette and fire place windows. Burlap board compresses enough that it is a snug flat fit and removable for time adjustments and stowing for the road.
- We are happy again, picture below .
Third was good old ZONE #1 A\C sensor standoff placement , for me the DH to fix :
- Since my wall clock plan was a concept failure I needed an alternative ?
- All items today took us to Hobby Lobby, with 40% off coupon for both of us . My DW can always stretch a penny but today was my day at Hobby Lobby . I have the deal of the day fix
- Found a Cast metal OWL with bell for $3.74 and used 40% off coupon!!! DH victory deal of the day . So now the OWL & bell hide the ZONE #1 A\C temp sensor and shield it from hot box . And the bell rings to let DW know I want dinner , YES the bell does ring nicely (not sure about on the road yet ? may have to pin clapper). Sensor is right behind owl head now and no longer a significant variance from other two A/C ZONE sensors 1 & 2 . Pictures below.
All in all, a fun day of MH fixes with DW
Ah, an Entegra CS update on DS TOLL window track water leak. They are sending me a new seal strip to replace the leaker. Will update again later after I install it and see how it holds up (reference http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/2015...ml#post2074654 )
Safe travels to ALL!!! We head to Colorado Springs end of the month !

Looks like you got the start of the 2015 thermostats. Entegra probably had them in stock, finished with the old one and started using the new ones. Lucky you. I have had my MH 2 weeks and it's already out dated

Your pictures depict my A/V compartment exactly. Two months of ownership and still cannot operate the blueray.

Personally I think your dealer should be responsible for letting the bus leave like that....I assume they hooked up your Direct TV and also did the PDI? I also think that it really is no BIG deal....you have to look at the big picture and you have to pick your battles. Just take a bit of time to fix the little things that you can look after yourself and only get Entegra involved when it is REALLY important....JMHO Remember we ALL saved a LOT of money buying Entegra and for that I don't mind fixing the little things that I can.

That's really not the point, is it? It should never have been delivered like this. Cables should have been labeled and organized. Maybe run a shop vac and pick up all the trash in the cabinet. Amazing what these companies deliver to us customers and we say "Really was no big deal?". It's the people that say that allow these companies to continue business as usual.

The dealer, Motor Home Specialist, responded during the PDI that this is the way Entregra does AV equipment; "nothing to fix"
For what we all pay for AV equipment I would expect better
This is a short coming for Entegra..........
