2015 Entegra with fr night shade issue
First of all this thing is worse than any women I've ever been with as far as temperament goes, I just picked it up from lazy days with some service work getting done got all the way up to Virginia and paused for the evening. put down the night shades for the night. The next morning I get up start the generator wait for the heat and all to click, then roll up the blinds....the entry wont go up
I know it isn't a fuse because it still goes down if I physically roll it up some...ugh
I do love this coach though, I was told to get a steering stabilizer for the front to stop the movement on the highway
The Monaco didn't move so much but it was also 10klbs heavier

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new ride. Lots of reading to get you caught up with what you are experiencing.
Here is one post regarding the shade motors http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/shad...rs-221248.html
This might help with the steering. http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/koni...ng-297539.html

It sounds like that shade has lost it's programing.
(You should have the programming instructions in the owner's manual for the shades).

2015 - Probably yellow or green motors - no programming. No separate fuse for up and down. Shade motor toast. Call Entegra CS they will send you replacements. Replace both Day & Night at the same time.

Good suggestion on the forum. Lots of help here to get him up to speed. Nothing wrong with a Safe-T Steer, but having everything checked on the front end first might solve the problem. Been there and know the frustration.

Mario, your steering should not be doing that. It is not normal. Before putting band-aid fixes on it you should contact Spartan for their assistance. What year and model coach do you have?

That coach looks brand new!
I agree with Mark about having the front end corrected and not putting band aid fixes on it. It could be as simple as a good lube job. Spartan ships their chassis with just enough grease for assembly, not road ready. There have been several post regarding that. Welcome to the forum.

Seems like we've all figured out the first steps to take with the steering are lube job, proper tire inflation according to axle weight, and alignment. If all that is correct, then go to the more expensive purchase items like the shocks and trimming.
Too bad we didn't know...could have steered him (no pun intended) towards Josam's while still in Florida.
Beautiful coach! Would love to be at the 6000 mile mark again.

I also stayed in Virginia last night, got up and ready to roll at 4am....front night shades would not go up !
Not in the mood at 4am, I hand rolled them and zip tied them up. Drove to Jacksonville today, and thought about it on the way. Remembered reading on here to try and kill the 12 volt and reboot the shades.
I did that when I got here..........and it worked.
So via someone else's idea, transferred through my reading........try to kill the 12 volt with the master switch by the door.........I left mine turned off a few minutes...........hopefully that works for you as it did for me.
