2016 Anthem headlight assembly installation

Driving through Las Vegas yesterday, a POS pickup truck loaded with a heap of uncovered "stuff" passed us and immediately something white, flat and hard flew out...it hit our right front corner...hard! When I finally got stopped to inspect, I fully expected to see something severely broken/cracked/damaged. To my surprise, the errant part must have hit directly on the low beam headlight itself and punched it out of its mounting...the only "damage" was a missing light in the original round mounting hole in the chrome facia plate. The entire light assembly was just hanging behind the facia still connected by the wiring harness.

Upon inspection, it appears that the impact damaged some portion of the projector beam mounting system (mostly plastic??) but not the lamp itself. Has anyone had to make a repair of this type and if so, any thoughts on a source for parts and/or installation suggestions.
Thanks

Jim and Roberta,

National Indoor RV has a great Paint and Body Shop in Vegas. Give Jose Garcia a call. I’m sure he’d be happy to advise you on what has to be done here.

Mike

I've had to replace both front headlight assemblies including the C light and chrome insert assembly. This involved removing the headlamps from the old cracked insert and reinstalling them on the new. The lamp frames are basically glued to the insert with some kind of epoxy. S&S in Wakarusa did the actual work in my case but I got a good look at the assemblies and remember discussing tbe labor involved. You may simply just need to clean up the insert and lamp and re-glue it. BTW, the chrome insert (headlamps not included) cost over $1000 in 2021.
