We just returned from RV One in Orlando with our 2017 CS 45B. Terri Myers and the whole crew made the delivery as smooth and flawless as possible. Nate our delivery tech spent the entire long day with us going over everything, inside and out, especially the Vega Touch system. He installed the app on our Ipad and made sure it was working correctly. He answered everyone of our questions and demo'd every system for us. The A/C heat strips were not the most pleasant of experiences on a hot Florida day but he did it for us anyhow...lol The onsite AV tech came the next day and installed our sat receiver and made sure we understood how to operate the system. To our surprise, a few very minor paint flaws were taken care of on site the next day also. The quality of the coach was very impressive. The efforts at the factory to make sure problems are taken care of before it leaves are paying off nicely.

Even though the parking lot at RV One is a busy place, they made plenty of room for us transfer our belongings from the Anthem to the CS and to stay a couple of nights to insure that we were comfortable and did not have any questions or problems before hitting the road. The entire experience was professional and polished. There were no surprises or disappointments. We highly recommend Terri and the crew at RV One for your next coach..!

It is so good to hear of experiences like this. I'm not an Entegra owner, but I do admire the brand loyalty of owners. This company is clearly trying to win hearts and dollars by providing a solid product, complimented by good customer service. Enjoy your new treasure!!

Congratulations! Great report of an outstanding delivery of a fantastic coach. Doesn't get much better than that. It is great that dealers are buying into the Entegra quality experience. All JMHO

Great to hear! Terri is terrific although we wound up buying from Angie/NIRV. We just hope our delivery goes as smoothly

Our journey starts tomorrow. Memorial Day, but Justin is leaving the coach outside so we can get in and start looking late Monday PM and then they show up Tuesday AM.
