Thank you on the congrats. There will be a cover covering the nut on the wiper shaft. If you look just below the windshield from the side, you will see where that shaft comes into the wiper arm. Remove that cover to get to the nut, it will be on the outside. If it's loose, that is the problem, they are suppose to be at 65 lbs of torque. Hopefully it's not bad, the arms are a little hard to find.

However, it sometimes works to wrap a couple thin wire solder wraps around the shaft. pushing it as flat as you can. Then tap the wiper arm back on with a rubber mallet and torque to specs.
Reminds me to re-torque the 21 wiper arms....thanks.
