That makes two of us,however the chairs with the table and chairs option has "nails". The hardware is polished nickel not brushed nickel, and the furniture has been upgraded to Villa Premium rather than regular old run of the mill Villa. Oh, if you opted for the darker leather it's more of a chocolate brown than a reddish brown and at least for my deal the price differential was closer to $25k for the 2018 compared to a discounted 2017. When you add in depreciation it was an easy decision. Now if it would only get here.
Having said that there are a ton of 2017 45B's out there and their price is dropping monthly. Far fewer of the A's, W's etc. and the dealers that I talked to weren't willing to even meet MHSRV's advertised price. One dealer told me that price was below his "cost".
