RV Trader has always been the best for me. Most dealers seem to use it as well. Be careful of the other publication that will contact you and promise the mood but delivery noting but a charge to your credit card.
Also advertising here is free, I sold a toad in the classified, so people do use it.

I’m so sorry to hear this WPBFR I know that is always a difficult decision. At NIRVC we have a great consignment program. We treat your coach like it is part of our inventory and do our best to get you the most for your trade with the least hassle on your part. Please feel free to reach out to me if you’d like me connect you with our Consignment Specialist/location that is located closest to you!

And get ready for a lot of spam.
Good to see Chuck hasn't floated away with all the rain in SW FL...

Up checking the MH now, all is good. The news spends hours looking for low lying areas that always flood

Take great pictures inside and out after cleaning the coach out and making it sparkle.
A second for RV trader. We used RV Trader and it lead a buyer to us.
We had a couple of inquirers and then the first person who looked at the coach purchased it.
We had maintenance records available if needed.
We used the in and out program through NIRVC because we had a new coach on order.
NIRVC handled the paperwork and it helped with state sales tax.

another vote for RV Trader , when I was looking me and the wife both searched often and I had emails daily for listings. There are other online listings places but trader had the most listings.

Sorry to hear your selling your coach. I would also suggest Facebook Marketplace as a good place to list and it is also free. RV Trader will have more traffic and more calls from dealers.

Good morning all,
Thanks for the input. Deciding this week as to sell by owner on RV Trader or consign with NIRV

I really want to emphasize this. The number of listings where the RV is visibly dirty or has other problems like literal trash laying around... it's just mind-blowing. Not just FSBO listings, but listings from dealerships too (which is even crazier). I'm not spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on something that the seller can't even be bothered to clean!
Excellent photographs are also important. It's rare to find the perfect RV close by. If you want someone to drive (or fly!) thousands of miles to buy your RV, the pictures basically need to make the sale.
Ask NIRVC if they'll do these services (cleaning + photography) as part of consignment. I think they do. Personally, that would make the decision for me.

I failed to explain the BIGGEST BENEFITS to consigning with us in my earlier post.
1. Our RVLS are agnostic. They get paid the same whether it’s our own inventory or a consignment.
2. In the Class A market there’s a high probability the buyer will have a trade. Which, we can handle, whereas the FSBO wouldn’t want to take a trade.
3. There is a high probability the buyer will need financing, which we do. Most FSBO don’t want to carry back a note.
4. A lot of people purchasing a preowned coach will want an Extended Service Plan, NIRVC can provide. A FSBO cannot provide an ESP.
Yes, we do wash and detail the coach twice. Once before we list it, and again at delivery. We do photograph all our consignments just like we do our own inventory. To NIRVC, a delivery is a delivery. Another new customer for life. Doesn’t matter to us whether we owned the unit or consigned the unit.
Bottom line, because of the above services consigning with us will greatly increase the size of the buying pool.

We sold our Aspire through RVTrader and it was painless and costless. We put an ad up with inside and outside pics. Got the first response came within minutes of posting the ad. I should note that we put ours up at the height of the "Used Coach Feeding Frenzy" which didn't hurt our timing at all. We called the interested party and arranged a Face Time walk through for him and his wife. They liked the coach and bought it. They flew here to Buffalo from Albuquerque and drove the coach home. No issues, no hassles, no commissions.
You know your coach better than anyone else so who would better be served selling it? Give it a try yourself. It literally can't hurt. As far as being inundated with spam. Didn't get any. Only annoyance I had was a local guy who wanted me to cut him a deal for no apparent reason.
Good luck. I'm not sure how the market is right now.
