2019 Aspire Door Comes unlocked when driving down the road
I am at NIRVC in Texas and my neighbor has the 2019 Aspire.
He said they can be driving down the road and all of a sudden the door opens
NIRVC has made adjustments multiple times and it still happens
Does anyone have any idea about this as I would love to help them

The only thing I can add is probably not relevant. But in May 18 when I picked up my Cornerstone, another new owners was having a heck of a time with his door locking and unlocking repeatedly. He published a video where you could see the door lock clicking up and then down and then back up. There was a TSB out on it. My 19 Cornerstone did it also but they found the fix (I think it was a resistor added somewhere).
I am assuming that you literally mean that the door opens and is able to swing open, not just lock and unlock. Right?

Have they tried using the deadbolt to ensure it stays closed? Should not need it but a safety action until better solution. My door has a two stage latch and takes a very firm close to engage the second latch. When parked I can close it gently and it will lock on first latch. When getting ready to drive I close it firmly to get the second latch.

Dead bolt is the answer BUT only when someone is inside.:thum
Never lock the deadbolt from outside with a key. Someday you'll be sorry.

Ours pops open also. I had it on the list at Entegra when we were there last May. They said they made adjustments, took it for a test drive, and it didn't open.
It wasn't fixed. It stills opens.
The dead bolt lock keeps the door from flying open, but you know when it pops as the road noise increases.

Can you explain this a little more ? Why does locking it with the key from the outside a problem ?

If we didn't lock the door with the dead bolt, it would fly open. It happened on the way back north from Florida this spring.

I just talked to someone with a 19 Cornerstone that had the same problem. None of the fixes worked so he camped out at PTL (the door manufacturer) until they came up with a solution. I believe it involved replacing the door latch and possibly the post as well. One should not have to lock the deadbolt to make the door stop ejecting passengers.

We will be here until sometime tomorrow as that is when they are working on our coach
When you come through the gate we are the second coach closest to the building
Thanks everyone for the answer so far. When they lock the deadbolt from inside it does stop the door from opening but they say the noise is loud
It sounds like they may have to do to the door company and camp out to get it fixed

We have used the dead bolt since the Travel Supreme. Not only is it safer, but holds everything together a little bit better and less strain on the door mechanism. The TS had wind noise if the dead bolt was not used. Old habits are hard to break.

Sounds like the internal latch star wheel is adjusted too tight and the door (when closed) is not properly engaging the secondary door latch thus it is opening partially and resting on the first latch or it is very far out of adjustment and only the first latch is partially engaging and the door never makes it to the secondary latch.
With a few pounds of pressure the door should engage the first latch when closing and should have give (in and out) when the door is pushed on. When slammed to fully close the door should be flush at the frame and have no in and out movement.

The owner says they slam the door every time and it is definitely closed
They say there is no wind noise and the door is flush but just out of the blue the door comes open. They said it has done this both on the interstate as well as secondary roads.
They said NIRVC has adjusted it several times at both the Texas and Atlanta facilities and it still opens

Is it closing on the first latch or the second latch when they slam? If on the second then sounds like it could be a bad door mechanism. They should see about getting it replaced as soon as possible.
