2019 Entegra Anthem Impressions

2019 Anthem Experience

First the dealer, we have purchased motor home from MHSRV, RV-One, and NIRVC (Phoenix) and by far the very best experience was NIRVC in Phoenix. MHSPR was good but no support after the sale, RV-One delivered a good coach but as we drove off the lot, no support. The NIRVC reputation for competitive pricing and customer service prompted our decision to buy from NIRVC. We have met Brett, Tadd, and Angie over the years at RV functions and were impressed with their dedication to their clients.

Our purchase was haggle free with a simple one page contract listing the options and prices. Our sales person Brody Thompson keep us up to date with the manufacturing process including our wish for carpeting and not the new Infinity floor covering.

NIRVC delivered a PERFECT coach with no problems because everything was tested before our delivery. Prior to delivery, we did have an issue with coach and the response on getting the problem corrected could not have been better. Cowboy (General Manager) assumed full responsibility getting the problem corrected, including daily updates and making sure everything possible was done to make the final delivery perfect. We have even received phone calls this last week from Cowboy to make sure we are pleased and answer any questions on the coach features.

The coach is an Anthem 44B was the same 44B as our 2015 coach so we knew exactly what to expect. Overall the coach’s components are greatly improved over the 2015 model.

The Hadley system provides greater driving stability for the new coach. Living in the mountains of NM we have high winds all year round and stability of the coach is maintained without fighting the steering wheel.
Love the new dash with the built in tire monitors (some fine tuning is still needed to perfect the tire monitors)
The drivers and passengers seating is much more comfortable than that offered in the 2015 coach
Theatre seating that provides more comfort and frees up living space is an excellent addition if you do not have overnight guests…we don’t.
Vegatouch, after a learning curve, allows for a one-step control of most of the coach functions and coupled with an iPad is wonderful.
The AV systems is terrific with better sound much more flexibility that the 2015 coach offered.
The larger windows add more natural light to the coach and add to the ambiance of the interior.
The fit and finish of the cabinets continue to maintain the high standards of Entegra
We love the new vanity in the bathroom with built in storage behind the mirror.
The inside lighting in the pantry and closets eliminate searching for stored items in the dark
The convenience of the dual tank DEF fill is greatly appreciated
The automatic doors of the generator and engine compartments make for an easier excess.
The camera systems is much improve over our 2015 model unfortunately I still do not like or trust the GPS system and use my trusty Garmin large screen monitor to navigate our travels.
Some have criticized the interior finish options, we have Rustic with natural cherry and find it very pleasing…except for the large framed whatever next to the refrigerator (resembling something a first grader bring home from a school project) now being replaced.

Trapper, I have to echo your statement 110% except for the GPS and the wall art which the CS does not have. I am still amazed at the improved quality of fit and finish over my Classic and that was good. I was a big opponent to the new style plainer wood trim and crown molding, but after talking with a forum member that basically said "try it, you will like it". He was right, now I am a big fan of the open clean look, larger lighted windows, cleaner lines of the wood trim. The MH just feels more comfortable. It was more like home to us after the first night than our Classic was after 4 years. DW has marveled how pleased she is with everything, from sink sizes to water pressure and everything else.

Like you, NIRVC cannot be beat for delivery service and satisfaction. We have never experienced anything like that. All you can say is, WOW!

I suggest downloading the Rand McNally dock from the website and update your SD card. I too have been a Garmin fan for years as I used them on my Harleys. However the Rand McNally seems to work as well as or better than the Garmin. Take some time with it and I think you'll come around. It's not at all unusual to have River Park replace a bad SD card if the update doesn't improve your GPS experience.

Congrats on your new coach!!
I am surprised by your ability to get your coach customized with carpet instead of Infinity flooring. How high up the chain of command did you have to go for approval? Do you know of other changes that have been approved? TIA

Coaches manufactured after April 25th all had carpet in the living areas and Infinity in the bedroom. The initial reception of the Infinity was not well received and the change was made, our delivery date was pushed out two weeks because of the change.
