I am sure that is an Entegra only part. Attach a photo and probably one of the wood working experts can tell you if and how it can be fixed, if it's wood.

I've attached a photo of the bed rail. Is it possible to purchase a replacement or possibly we can repair ourselves...what about the material - is there somewhere to purchase it?

If you have the orginal part, use it for layout of your home maid version.
You can use a 1×6 Trex Type of deck boards, sized to match orginal dimensions.
If your orginal stake components are ok ,just refasten.
Beats having to wait a year for Entegra to make you new part, probably save two hundred dollars on top of that.
