2020 Anthem
We are thinking of upgrading our coach to a 2020-2021 anthem. What are peoples opinions on the quality of these coaches. Where we winter there are tons of entegra and people love them. But I have also read posts of people who are not happy with quality since thor took over. thanks

To me, the purchase by THOR has had no significant impact. I follow this Entegra forum every day, sometimes, multiple times a day, and I have not detected any change in policy or discussion of change in policy that has been tied to the Thor purchase.
I have detected that some feel that maybe warranty service is not as generous as it was prior to Thor and I would personally not be surprised that the company is under pressure to increase profit and decrease loss, but I have not felt that this is a reality through comments from other owners and purchasers. So far, I have bought a 15 Anthem and a 19 Cornerstone and have not personally seen major changes is philosophy. We are seeing some changes supposedly produced by the COVID-19 problem that is less than great, but everyone and every company is being forced to make changes.
All, in all, I think that you will generally hear that the Thor purchase has been a NON ISSUE, IMHO.

I’ve owned both pre and post Thor. I don’t see any difference in quality. There will always be issues, but Thor has had no impact that I can see.

There has yet to be a single post that has any first hand knowledge of any issues with Entegra because of the Thor purchase.

But Gary, I know a guy who has a second cousin whose sister heard from a well-placed source at a competing RV manufacturer that Thor has ruined Entegra.
And it must be true because the well-placed source was reported to have read it on the Internet!

I have also owned both. My personal experience, my Thor built coach was better.

We purchased a ‘16 Anthem and now a ‘20 Anthem. We really loved our ‘16, but had a laundry list of problems that the less than desirable dealer never took care of, and a couple of them major!
Our ‘20 Anthem was much, much improved in quality. We really love it and keep in mind, who else offers a 2 year warranty bumper to bumper! We would not hesitate to purchase again!!!

We are also on our third. I agree with Chuck. Post Thor quality is even better than pre.

My Thor owned 2017 is head and shoulders above my pre-Thor 2014 in the quality department.
