I am still figuring out rhis coach. I installed a Dish receiver after changing LNB to dish. works fine on large Tv not on others. This was a display coach we purchased in Perry in 21. Apparently someone needed the HDMI switch box. I have the remote, couldn’t understand why it didnt work. Now i know why the blue ray plaer would not work. What i need to know is what brand and model was supplied with the coach. Entegra customer service can not tell me

It’s a Sony Blu-ray player. You can connect the rear tv directly to a receiver in the bedroom behind the tv. For the outside tv , you will need the hdmi matrix that was removed. Unless you have a connection at the outside tv for a satellite receiver.

Duane, do you have an HDMI splitter in your basement?
They do go bad. Amazon has them for $39.00

Orei 1 x 4 Ultra, 4K, 60hz, HDMI 2.0 splitter if the link doesn’t work.

i believe it was a 4 in 4 out HDMI matrix box inputs are HDMI and outputs are Rj45. There is no brand name on the remote control

Duane, this switch should not be a mystery to Entegra. I would think they are still be used in new coaches. Mine was bad when the coach was new and was changed out by NIRVC. It looks like Connexx brand by Riverpark. This is the label on the bottom of the unit. Looks like there is a model number. Hope this helps.

Are you talking about McKee RV, in Perry, Ia ?

Unless you bought it "AsIs", or it's out of Warranty, I would suggest that you should be able to contact the Dealer, no matter who it was, to get a replacement. My experience with McKee was that they went out of their way to address the few problems we encountered.

Sorry, can't help on the HDMI Distribution box brand. Hopefully, someone else will chime in.

Our Matrix died yesterday. No lights on the front, including the power light. I tried plugging the power cord into another power outlet and still no lights. I plugged something else into the outlet the unit was plugged in to and outlet is working and supplying power. I don't have a power adapter that fits the unit to determine if the issue is with the power cord or the Matrix unit itself.

Of course, it's a holiday weekend and Entegra CS won't be open until next Tuesday.

Just curious to know if anyone else had this happen and if it was the power cord or the unit?

If you have no lights I would try a new power supply first. But the matrix is common to failure. Others have posted different replacements on here. You can reach out to any NIRVC for a direct replacement.

Plenty of 4X4 HDMI matrix boxes for sale. It is a commodity item and any such box should be able to be substituted. Try Amazon.

Did you try the small reset button on right side?

We're still under warranty so we're going to go through Entegra CS.

I called Entegra CS exactly at 8:00am EST on 1/3/23 and spoke with Kelly about my switch. She explained that their parts department would not be back to work until 1/9/23 and nothing could be shipped out. She called RiverPark with me on the phone and they agreed to drop-ship a new Matrix switch to me. It shipped 1/4/23 and arrived today. Swapped out the old unit and we're back in business. I have a return label to ship the defective unit back to them. All in all, both Kelly and RiverPark were very pleasant to deal with.
