Look for a high volume truck oriented tire shop. My experience is that their prices (if you pay attention) are competitive with most shops (0f course, be sure and examine the big discount programs from FMCA.... their prices are usually MUCH better than you can get any other way for Michelin tires) but if you tell them up front what you expect (tires manufactured in 2020) should be able to call their supplier and order in recently made tires.
COVID may be part of the problem, and supply chain delays another part of the problem, but a high volume truck dealer should be able to make a phone call and tell you if your expectation is realistic or if you need to look at another brand.
