Well it looks like Thor is influencing the new coaches .... my Entegra has a 23 cubic foot Samsung refrigerator .. the new new ones now have 19.7 cubic foot Whirlpool.
Noticing a lot of other cost cutting “improvements”(?????)less wood; sloppy sliding doors; new Viila booth is nowhere near as comfortable as previous Villa ... all ultra leather NO fabric complement.. cheaper I guess; valances are just “there”.. simple! Woodwork around slideouts simple.

I haven't seen a new Anthem, but I wouldn't necessarily agree with the refer issue. My 2014 Dutch Star had a larger refer than my new 2019 Dutch Star by two cubic feet. Initially, I felt they had gone cheap. The difference.....the Whirlpool on the 2014 had water and ice in the door and took a huge chunk out of the refer space (about 18" x 9" x 12"). They moved the ice maker to the upper back of the refer with a large tray below it (space that is not usable). My 2019 refer gives me more interior space than my 2014 did. Sometimes they look at a smaller refer to add space in more critical areas. A 19' or 20' refer is plenty large for a coach designed for two people.

There are a couple people on the Entegra forums with '21 coaches, and the impression there seems to be generally positive. Perhaps it's not so much that Entegra is cheapening the coaches, but rather that the changes they are making do not appeal to you personally. That definitely happens all the time. There are, again, a couple people on the Entegra forums here who still lament the removal of certain features that were standard on Travel Supremes.

Have no idea what model you are referring too. I have a new 21 Cornerstone and it is awesome compared to my two previous Entegras. In case you missed it, the entire country including Entegra has been out of refridgerators. You were very fortunate to even get a refrigerator above apartment grade.

My Villa booth is ten times better than the Villa booth in my 14. I spent $300 to upgrade the foam in the 14 or you sunk so far down it was hard to slide out. The 21 is perfect. Again, have no idea what you bought but mine is the best one I have ever owned for fit, finish and comfort. This is my third Entegra , no problem the way ours turned out.

You have no idea how confused I was when I saw this thread again in the Entegra section.

And to be somewhat on-topic, Entegra seems to have substantially upgraded the Reatta from my '19 to the current '21s. And without raising the price much, if at all.

The new Whirlpools are not is large as the old Samsung's, but the Samsungs had too many problems and the service from Samsung was terrible. I have had one little adjustment service call from Whirlpool and they were great. The service tech even left me his private cell number. Samsung was "that is in spec" when the Samsung confection oven would not cook. I don't miss Samsung a bit and glad to see a USA company back in the Entegra's.

Have to agree. If someone can't see what they are spending that kind of money on, something is wrong. Dealers, videos, RV Trades, factory tour, no excuse not to see what a person was buying this late in the year.

I have nothing but good feedback on my 21 CS. The fit and finish is amazing, the cabinetry is top notch, my villa drivers seat is 10X more comfy than my 18's. I love this beast
