2022 Anthem Shakedown Trip

Picked up our new coach Friday at NIRVC Atlanta. Some minor issues on the trip home. Defroster not working, I suspect the hose has slipped off the manifold. Has anyone removed panel with Infotainment screens to get access behind.

Also, 12V Outlets do not work. Changed fuse in outside panel below drivers seat marked 12v outlets/USB. That fixed usbs but not the two cigarette lighter style outlets. Coach drove like a dream on the way home.

I wanted to jump in here and respond, when it comes to the defrost if you are hearing the fan running but not getting any air movement in the front I would agree that it sounds like the hose became disconnected, you can take the screws out if the infotainment area or the dash gauge bezel to gain access. The 12v connectors sound like if the fuses are good than one of the wires may have come off the connection. These can be accessed through the bezels or the drawers in the dash.
