2022 Entegra Cornerstone

I ordered a 2022 Cornerstone sight unseen! I am selling my 2019 Anthem DEQ. Difficult choice because the Anthem is a fantastic machine. I do have unanswered questions regarding the Cornerstone:
1). My mpg with the Anthem towing a 2019 Chevy Colorado (with a 1000 pound load in the bed) averages around 7.8. Cornerstone owners tell me that my mpg under similar conditions will drop to around 6 mpg. Obviously the fuel cost is higher but my concern is that range drops significantly (roughly 200+ miles). Can someone comment on the above?
2). Does the Cornerstone have electric operated black and gray tank dump valves?
3) I use the Anthem in cold weather conditions. Never a problem even at single digits. Is the Cornerstone similarly insulated or is it better insulated?

My mileage run between ~ 6.8 and 7.7 depending on speed and conditions.

Insulation and cold weather ability is comparable to your Anthem.

Yes, both black and gray dump valves are electric .

I will echo what Gary said. My first 9,000 miles I averaged 6.8. On my last short trip (1,200 miles) I averaged 7.4

we tow a 2019 Colorado, and as Gary indicates speed and terrain impact. 6.8 to 7.2 seems to be our sweet spot.

No issues with cold weather, stays toasty into the single digits.

Best of luck, enjoy.

2022 Entegra Cornerstone

What you will really notice is the amount of DEF you use. The Cornerstone loves DEF!
The Cornerstone has the exact same construction as the Anthem so your insulation is exactly the same as well.

My motor is older than yours but my my mileage has improved from 6.7 to 7.0 recently. I have spent more time in the southeast running on flat ground.

I agree with the DEF usage.

My fuel range is slightly over a 1000 miles but I fill up with 400 to 500 remaining.

Congratulations on the new coach.

We try to camp warmer weather but we had no issues a few months ago in the unusual Texas winter week of freezing temperatures.

I seem to average about 6.8 MPG regardless of whether I am towing my 24 foot trailer with my classics in it or not. I seem to always get 6.8 MPG. 2017 Anthem 42 RBQ.

With the new EFS fuel card savings. It looks like the bottom line will be no different from the 14 Anthem to the 21 Cornerstone when I pay for the fuel.

In short .... you buy diesel at same price as commercial truck lines.... Set up a second checking account that has only diesel money in it and then set up TDS account which gets you an "EFS" professional discount card. They debit your purchases from your "diesel" account. Usually saves 50 - 60 cents a gallon which is damn well worth the effort. Best prices are currently at TA and Petro.

Just drove 1300 miles.... advertised rate at TA was ~ $3.35 a gallon... My cost was ~ $2.60 a gallon roughly. Priceless !!!!!!!!

Don't assume rates.... they literally change mult. times a day and prices are current to the minute you buy, but phone app that gives you current rate. Fantastic.

The fuel program is run by TSD Logistics, a trucking consolidator.
The card they use ( think Visa or Mastercard) is from EFS. Search TSD on owners forum/entegra and you can find info or go to Facebook and search TSD Open Roads fir their official page. Great program!
