Looking for the fuse as mine quit working today

Looking further it appears that it is tied into the G6A panel in the half bath and I am also unable to lock the front door from the Vega touch. I think that means I have to replace a component on the panel rather than a fuse, which will not be nearly as easy....

tried that but only once. Will try a couple of more. I was thinking it was a chassis thing and having to move my thought process to it being a house circuit. So good idea. thanks

A good rule of thumb for rebooting. If it was installed by Spartan, chassis reboot. If the item was installed by Entegra, salesman switch.
If the reboot does not work, being the door locks are tied to the Trimark, there have been a few posts that the Trimark module under the dash cover have been bad on a few of the newer models. Maybe Bobby can chime in on what some the the effects have been.

Push all the buttons and make sure one of them is not depressed. If one is stuck, it will not allow the system to communicate. Are you see the lights at the buttons?

Working with Entegra Support

all buttons push in and out freely. No lights. Entry door is also not operational from the Vegatouch.

I have the G6 panel open, The relevant connections appear to be on connector 4 on the second to the top board. With tech support I am testing power to the wires while hitting the buttons on the vegatouch. Interestingly it defaults to 3 volts and when the button is hit it goes to zero. We have asked Firefly to tell us if that is correct.

The only thing besides the cargo door locks and entry locks on that harness is the generator start from the Vega touch and that works. So focusing now on the Trimark Module, which is totally buried under 4 inches of wires.....

Fuse location will be in the front bay under the drivers window. Remove the carpeted panel at the bottom to access the spartan fuse behind the black cover. Look for fuse 14 or 15 for the cargo locks power.

Do your fobs unlock the doors? If they are functioning it could be an issue with the touch panel as well. If all is not, need to get to the TriMark box. Just try not disturb all the other wiring. Lol

FOB doesn’t open/close the front door.
I will check that fuse. Looks like you have to take the cover off of the area to see the fuses
Great info on troubleshooting. I think I will send that to my tech.

I mean lock and unlock
Fuse F15 was blown. Switched F12 fuse to F15 (same size) and front door locks now work with vegatouch but storage doors still inoperable

The lights do come on now when I hit the lock unlock button.

with the cargo door buttons lights now coming on, it seemed that my problem was the in the Trimark module. However, after a week of not working it just started working again today……. hopefully it continues to work

Fortunately I had not started to really dig into all of those wires on top of the Trimark module.
