2023 Vision 27a height including a/c

Does anyone have a 2023 entegra vision 27a and know the exact height with the a/c included? I know entegra tells me 12' 5" but I don't believe that includes the a/c. I spoke to someone at entegra and they said that number does include the a/c but I doubt them. He also told me the width of 101 inches includes the mirrors when in fact it does not. They add almost 12 inches each.

My 2022 Entegra Vision 27A height from top of AC to grade was 12'5". You can double check with a board it on the top of the AC extended over the side with a level on it and string attached to the underside to grade and measure the string.https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...B38F&FORM=VIRE
