22 Anthem 44Z Entry Step problem

Shortly after we drove off the lot (of course), our entry steps failed to come all the way in. Hubby replaced the fuse, control module and motor but steps still don't come all the way in but we are living with it. Today, I opened the door and I don't have ANY steps. Hubby is looking for the door switch that tells the steps to open. He knew where it was on our '17 Aspire but it's been moved. Anyone know? Or had experience with step issues on your '22s? I know hubby will eventually figure it out but I'm the impatient one. And at 5ft tall, it's a big step for me to get out of our coach right now. Thank you!

I have a attached a picture of where the magnetic switch is in the door frame. I would reach out to Entegra from the post above. They want to assist you.

Yes we have (I don't want to name them publicly). They have been great in the beginning of troubleshooting but then fail to call us back for follow-up when the parts/suggestions don't work.

Thank you Bobby. He found the switch, magnet and wires in the wheel well. Looks like the switch is bad. And we're in Alaska until August.

Thank you for your offer, Bobby. Entegra is shipping one to us under warranty. It should be waiting for us when we get to Fairbanks.
