Our 22 Anthem has a terrible popping sound when turning, happens in both directions. Sounds like something under extreme pressure that lets go. Shane @ Spartan thought it was torque box but that was checked today and is in spec. Has anyone else had this and what was the fix? Our 17 K2 had this also but only occasionally, this is every turn level or not. Took it to ABC Companies in Faribault MN - very impressed with them

Spartan has had bad ball joints in the past. You are under warranty, have a quality frame and front end shop give your coach a complete frame inspection. Spartan will probably have an approved shop in your area, if not they normally let you use yours.

brobox is correct. You need to get it your selling dealer or a Spartan authorized repair facility like NIRVC to have the ball joint torque checked. They also have some recalls on the bolts in the front. Have you had all recalls performed on this unit?

Thanks guys, they found a broken u bolt or clamp. ABC is a Spartan repair facility.

My 2022 Anthem is currently at NIRV Atlanta with same complaint, including a whole list of other Shakedown items. been there a month or two hoping to get a response shortly.

Haven't had a chance to see where this part fits into rear suspension yet- will get it over pit in a couple weeks. Dropped off at ABC on Monday and they had problem diagnosed and parts installed by Thursday morning. Kudos to them and to Spartan for getting parts there overnight.
