3 main AC covers

To say that the filter and the cover for these AC units are chintzy is to be very generous. I've seen some other covers and saw a site suggesting how to insulate better the inside. Has anyone tackled these AC covers and come up with a better solution? Or any way to make them more efficient and/or less noisy? I have removed the mirrors and I'm in the process of putting in lattice or screen material to allow the air directly out in the living room kitchen area. Any other help or suggestionswould be greatly appreciated. I have a 2013 anthem but I think most of the coaches have similar setup.

If you have noise AC's you probably have a 13 before they switched to the quite Coleman AC's Also the filter behind the ceiling mirrors was a terrible design.

The good part, the Dometic AC's you have a bullet proof compared to the Coleman.
