The other morning I washed our 2021 Anthem and used a towel on a pole to dry it off to avoid water spots. Later that day I was in the process of returning the RV to storage and noticed the 306 Camera was out and only the Left & Right Cameras would display and image. There was an error stating the rear camera was unavailable. I reset everything multiple times and no luck. As I was pulling out of my driveway, the 360 view started showing but was distorted and then went out. I plan on picking it up next week and looking for the source of the problem which could be a lose wire (on the rear camera as I washed the area and used a towel on it). Anyone have this issue before? and any recommendations on where to start? thank all

I had the same problem last week and a few others have reported the same thing. I had not washed the coach, just took it out of storage. Someone posted that River Park sent them an update.
I have been in contact with Jordan at Entegra and he is in contact RiverPark on mine. However mine did come back after a couple of 12v reboots. Others are saying theirs comes and goes once it starts. That was posted on Facebook.

The one on our 21 Anthem works sporadically for sure. I have to go into the basement to un plug the wire from the controller and that resets it for awhile. The controller and wire have been replaced twice now and it is still acting up. Tech support at Entegra told me that they would probably have to replace the wire going to the dash or the one going to the rear of the coach to fix it.
