44B back bath hot water

We just recently lost the hot water to the rear bath sink. Still have hot water in the shower. When running water I can feel the hot water feeder line and it is only slightly warm. Check the valve on the faucet and everything is good with the valve.
Any ideas ? 2014 Aspire

So you have FLOW using Hotside of faucet but water is NOT HOT???

Hot water plumbing system is same for ALL faucets/showers

Do you have a Hot/cold Manifold ??
Check there for HOT to that sink faucet

NO Manifold...
Then Sink Faucet Cartridge is suspect...

Check your valves in the outside wet bay

We had a similar issue and the water valves for the little outside spray hose in the wet area, had the valves open, then the water just circulates and you may only get lukewarm water. Close these valves if they are open. If you are in a cool climate and the thermostat in the storage compartment is set above the ambient outside temperature, this can also cause it. Turn the thermostat lower or off if it is not freezing, but this time of year I doubt it is that cold!
