A/C Will Not Turn Off
Happened all of sudden, ac will not turn off.
Tried rebooting the coach by shutting all power down waited 20 minutes and ac just keep on running.
Seems like this problem was addressed when I purchased the coach 2 years ago and the dealer replaced something above the entrance door.
Of course the 3 override switches turn off the ac
2018 Anthem
Thanks for any information you may know about this

So you CAN turn the AC off with the override switches above the door..... just not with the VegaTouch?
Do you have the fan on "High" which is continuously running or on Auto?

The override switches stay in the off position. They are turned on only if there is a maulfunction with the Vega Touch. Sounds like there is another problem. Have you checked the VT for updates? I had a glitch and had to 12v reboot my VT three times before the AC's would come on.

Thanks for your response my override stay on all the time up position.
I recall when I purchased it on the lot they were using the override switches waiting for a part.
The tech replaced something behind the firefly panel or the panel itself guess I’ll be calling customer service tomorrow.
Anyone know the direct CS number
Thanks guess better stuck on then off

There is the problem. Turn those switches off, then do a fresh 12v reboot for the Vega Touch panel and see if the AC's work properly. CS number is 800-517-9137

Those switches should definitely be off all the time, unless you need to force the AC units on.
Tryr Chuck's strategy first and if that doesnt work, time to call Entegra CS. Get used to the process.... you will be calling them again, Im sure !

Ok, I really hate to admit what happened as to why my AC units would not shut off
I store at NIRVC Lewisville Texas when you pickup they perform several things
To make your RV ready, one of them is to turn on the AC well; the tech decided to
Use the override switches to turn on the AC so, of course; it would not turn off
With thermostat. I had no reason to think the switches were in the wrong place
I never had this before
Oh well, lesson learned

And easy error to make. You wont make it again I'm sure.
Glad you got it fixed, and yes, when you store there, they do lots of nice things to your coach when you pick it up from them..... there are those places that will get you a case of beer and have it cold in the refrigerator if you ask also... (not sure about NIRVC).
