I took everyones advice and the unit ran fine yesterday. I left it off for ~ 10 hours, got a lot of water down the drain. I assumed it was frozen up. Although the coach is only ~3 months old, I decided I better look at the return vents for all three air conditioners. And I found a lot of construction saw dust (I think it was) on the inside of the foam filters and more than I would have thought on the outside of the filters (coach interior side). We travel with 2 cats and the litter makes a good deal of dust when it is being used and when it is being cleaned. I did not have to clean the filters often in the 15 Anthem, but as JH said, there are only 2 return vents so that might be a more critical and frequent job on this Cornerstone.... so out they all came.... all were similar..... dust on the outside and construction debris on the inside.
PIX below is of construction debris on inside of filter.....
Today is a travel day so we will see tonight (maybe this afternoon as it has been blistering hot here and will assume up through Nashville anyhow). By Nashville area, I will know if I have cured the problem or if it still remains.
The information here has been very helpful. Again, thanks for the advice.
Gary
